Away fans are located in the newer North Stand where the normal allocation is around 2,000 tickets, although for Cup games and if demand warrants it, the whole stand of 6,000 seats can be allocated. Oakwell is a decent Championship stadium which can give a good atmosphere when the home fans are on song.
If your team has the whole away end then you can expect to be able to get a pint before the game and at half time, however if you are sharing your allocation with the home fans, then they get the bar and you will have to go without!
