Away fans are located in one end of the stadium in the South Stand, the allocation normally being just over 3,000. For cup games the whole of the South Stand is allocated which amounts to 5,600 tickets. The atmosphere in the stadium is generally good and you can normally expect it to be quite noisy.
Although the location is in a retail park, you have the advantage of all the fast food outlets if you are hungry and there are still a few decent pubs which are away fan friendly. They are also one of the few clubs to let away fans out for a smoke at half time. Derby as a town is a decent night out, and there are plenty of other options close by which make it a good option for an overnight stay.
