Welcome to Awaysupporters.co.uk , the latest and best ( in our humble opinion ) Away Ground Guide on the internet. Over the coming months this website will transform into THE place to visit when you are looking to plan your trip away following your team.
Over the next few months there will be new features and updates added on an almost daily basis. If you have any ideas on what could be added on to the site then don't be shy... contact us and let the team know! The only way we can ensure that the site remains updated and accurate is with the help of the people who read it.
Why have we wasted our prescious time building this website? We had a look around the internet and we couldn't find anywhere that would concentrate on the very basics and the weekend experience of following your team away. We are not that bothered about the legroom inside the stadium, nor do we care what the pastys are like. How much a coffee costs inside the ground isn't really on our radar and to be honest, the history of the ground is pretty irrelevent.
What we want to know quite simply is where the pubs are, how to book a hotel near the football stadium, where to book our trains and what the town is like in the evenings, long after the match has finished. Of course we'd also like to know where all the local strip bars and casinos are - these will be coming soon!
Please enjoy the guide and tell all your friends about it using the Facebook and Twitter buttons on each page. If you want to get involved then don't hesitate to contact AwaySupporters!

Join our campaign to Ban the Bubble. The draconian police tactic of forcing fans to travel to away games on official coaches and refuse fans the basic human right of choosing their own method of transport to the match.
On December 18th 2011 Southampton fans travelling to Portsmouth are forced to travel by official travel club coaches and will not recieve their ticket until on the coach. This is a procedure which has been repeated at Cardiff and Bristol matches, as well as the derby between Blackburn and Burnley. Click on the image for more information.
