Portsmouth FC - Fratton Park |
 |
Away fans are located in the Milton End, which can hold up to 3,000 spectators. The stand now comes complete with a roof which makes a pleasant change from the open terrace that used to be there.
The atmosphere inside Fratton Park is alright but the facilities are poor. No beer at half-time and I wouldn't even bother trying to get a pie or something to eat, as with only one outlet in the stand, the queues can get massive.

Southsea Pubs
Website: Pub Guide
Another option if you want to drink away from the stadium is Southsea, whilst it is a couple of miles from the stadium, there is plenty of pubs in the area, some seafront and even the worlds tackiest funfair. |
Rail: The nearest local train station is Fratton, which is a ten minute walk away. Portsmouth train station a 25 minute walk from Fratton Park.
Go along the M27 (ignoring the M275 turn off for Portsmouth town centre) and continue on to the A27. At the junction with the A2030 turn right towards Southsea/Fratton and just continue straight along the A2030 and eventually you will see the ground in front of you, just slightly to your left.
The main car park near Fratton Park is for home fans only. Away Supporters should park on nearby streets, where as long as you get there early enough, there is plenty of.
